Notes
Eleni, Susan, Reno and I ran in Dorchester on a lovely road by the water/ocean and track. We started very easy... then Reno and I ran ahead and did miles 3-7 @ 7:20 pace. The effort felt a bit harder than normal as I've probably lost a bit of my conditioning. It was wonderful to finally have all 4 of us running together. :-)
The only down side was that Eleni and I paid the price for the spicy Thai food earlier at Quincy Market!
