Notes

I tried my first run in 2 weeks. I wanted to test out the foot. The first mile pain was a bit less than usual. However the difference was a month ago, the pain would diminish enough to run 4-6 miles after the first mile so until the very end of the run. Today the pain level stayed the same, I kept it at 2 miles.

My foot was killing me later when I got home after my gig. Any activity at all aggravates it. It doesn't seem to matter if it's running, walking, or just being on my feet. The foot has felt better the past week only because I haven't had any shows, so when I did actually do one, it bothered me after I was finished.

The last week in October in Boston it was torture because I was doing multiple gig each day. So in reality the improvement I had is only because I am off my feet more. I feel if I was working more here, I would suffering more. So doing so few shows is not helping me financially, it is time off my feet. I would rather take the gigs and deal with the pain.

Everything I have read about runners with serious PF who have taken a few months off and try running all report with no difference. Rest doesn't seem to help. It's not addressing the problem. So now My thought is to go out run a few times a week anyhow, especially since I am not performing much while I continue to find someway to overcome this.
