It's unbelievable if I think about it. This was Eleni and I's first run together since I moved here in January. This is how crappy of a running year it has been for both of us. It was great to finally be sharing the same running space together. :o)
We ran together until 1.3 miles where I turned around and went back. I felt OK... foot not too bad.
