Achilles pain subsided somewhat during the day, so when I went out to run, it was not as bad as yesterday. I did want to do too much in case it got worse. Achilles was sore the first 15 miles, but then eased down and I was able to pick up the pace gradually. I iced it and massaged calf's after the run. Achilles isn't as sore after the run as yesterday.
