I wanted to do 1.5/2 miles of straights/curves, but just before the mile, I was desperate for the toilet. This went much better than 2 days ago when I ran 7:02. If I was able to keep running, I could tell that it would have been a struggle to get under 7:00 for the 2nd mile.
I feel like I have lost some fitness. The glute didn't hurt as bad as Sunday. I am still undecided about Sunday's race.
