This was the most tired I have been in a long time. Only 4 hours sleep after the half marathon, two shows and 4 hours of driving did me in. I wanted 6-8 easy miles, but jogging 4 was so difficult.There was no reason to run any further if I was going this slow.

I wanted to finish my log from the race, but I'm too whipped right now. Need sleep!
