Notes

I went out very early at 6:30 because it's going to be a hot day, up to the low 80's. This will be the warmest day since I moved to Scotland. The past few years the warmest summer days were in the mid 70's.

I think I figured out what caused the hamstring injury. Even though the strain was high up on the hammy, fir weeks before it happened, I had cramp/tightness in the lower hamstrings that went away after warming up. So with that tightness, something had to give and it was the upper hammy.

Today I had some of that lower cramp feeling, but not as bad as before. When I got back home, I got on the spiky ball and I absolutely had more pain digging in the lower left hamstring than the right one. So I will need to keep doing trigger point so i don;t have a relapse.
