Now I have my own 'blue track' in Medford. :) I'll be here every week for another 7 weeks so I'll make the most of it. I did 6 x 200 strides at about 70%. The hamstring is getting better everyday, but not yet enough to run hard. I followed up with 6 x 100 yd eccentric strides. Right behind the school is the Mystic River asphalt trail, so that's where I'll be doing my warm-ups for the track. Hopefully next week I'll be able to do a full speed workout. A warm day - 72 degreees.
