this was interesting as I went out on my regular loop crossing the bridge and I suddenly was running with runners in a 5K race. The route was exactly the back side of the Williams St loop that I do. I was running easy at 8:30 pace, encouraging other runners who quit and started walking. I got most of them running again. :) It's amazing what a few positive words can do.
