This was supposed to be 10 x 1 min with i min rest, 1 mile hard, 5 min rest and 40 x 40 sec strides with 40 sec rest. However my legs were so dead and flat, that I barely managed to run anything at all. I felt tired and lethargic the whole day. I will get this in tomorrow!
