After two days off I was itching to run and test the hamstring. I went very slow, gradually running a litter faster each mile. The pain was light and didn't get worse, so this is a good sign. I'll take it one day at a time. I don't know if I will be recovered enough to run all out for the relay race. Time will tell.
I was aware that during the run if the hamstring was 100% the run would have been slow anyhow. I felt sluggish.
