I had planned on doing my long run today, but I didn't have the time so I opted for a moderately hard run. Hilly route... varying pace. I started slow and not into the run, feeling tired, but as I continues I felt better and by the last few miles I was running 7:10-7:20. Some of the hills were very steep and I pushed those fairly hard, I had to mentally fight through early fatique and managed to finish strong!
