I wanted to do 4 x 5 minute intervals but my left hip flexor was sore so I did 3 instead. I've had issues with it the last 3 pool runs. I've put on 2 lbs probably because I'm not runnig and not burning as many calories. Either that or I'm eating way too much. Gotta lay off the late night salty potato chips. :)
I did go in for a one hour massage which inclued laser light treatment on the Achilles.
