Park run with Les. I started first this time, (30 sec), because I was doing marathon tempo. It was warm and humid, but no wind, so I decent day for a quality workout.
23:29 (7:34 pace). I was going for 7:40 pace, so very happy with 7:34. 7:34 is 3:18 for a marathon. I doubt I could run that fast, so as I add miles to this workout, I will be pleased to hit 7:40.
