I felt good warming up, so i expected to have a great workout, and I did!
10 x 1 min with 1 min rest. Didn't do the 5 min rec and then hard mile because of Saturday's race.

I was much faster than last week where I averaged 6:14 pace. I am very happy with the last 5 being sub 6:00 pace. Last year I also did 6:07, so my speed is coming back. :-)
