My Garmin was messed up. The forth mile was 9:09, and I know I was running 8:30ish pace. The last mile pickup was strange. After 200m, I glanced at my watch and it said 8:32 pace. I thought I might be having a bad day, so I pushed harder than i did the previous last mile pickups, and I wound up running 8:05. Last week was 7:17 and this was harder, The watch was not working properly. Even stranger is looking at the map and it said the 5 mile run was only 3.5!
So, I don't know how fast I really ran. I will go out again this week and see if I can get under 7:17.
