I didn't know if I could do this workout as I've been feeling a bit sick the past few days. I have a sore throat., fighting off a cold. Warming up I said no way... this will have to be an easy day. Then I thought, let's get through the warmup, do one and see how I feel. I didn't push quite as hard as I would normally do on hill repeats. This was the key to me finishing the workout. I got 6 done and I'm very happy about it. My effort was the same on all of them, with the last few slightly faster.
2:01, 2:00, 1:58, 1:57, 1:57, 1:56.
I did the same on strides... held back a bit.
