I messed up the time I needed to pick up Eleni at Manchester Airport. Halfway there I realized she is arriving at 30:0pm and I was on track to arrive an Noon!
I stopped in Lancaster, about 75 minutes from the airport and went for a run. However, because I was in street clothes, I needed to buy a t-shirt, so the shirt I was wearing wouldn't get sweaty.
I found a nice paved trail by the river only about 400m from the car park and did the run there.
Things we runners do to get in a run. :-)
I didn't have my watch, so an estimate on distance.
