Reno and I did a tempo run in Milton. My legs felt a bit heavy and I my turnover was slow, but this wasn't a surprise. I ran in control and pace felt comfortable. This was a good test for my hip as I hadn't gone under 7:00 pace since the half marathon. Hamstrings did tighten up about half way through, but this is nothing new... I'm used to it. 19:25... splits, 6:29, 6:35, 6:19. Reno looked great. He is on track for a good marathon.
