My running slump is over. it felt great to run normally again. My third mile in the warmup was 7:47, much faster than I've been running lately. I did 6 sets of 200, 200, 400 with equal recovery on the track. I had tailwind on the 200's and headwind the backside on the 400's. Hamstrings were fine. left groin tightened up on the warmdown and was killing me the rest of the day especially the first few steps leaving the car.
