I tapped up the Achilles. At first i thought it was going to be like the past 2 days. However at about 3.5 miles, it released and I was able run better. Very hot and humid. Today was the first run with my new Saucony Propel Plus shoes. They were on sale and I had an extra 20% off so I snagged 2 pair for $69!
