Notes
I had planned on doing 12 miles if I felt good. I didn't sleep well but the cool weather helped me run a decent pace. Withing doing an overnight flight tonight, (and probably no sleep) I decided to 'run smart' and cut the run shorter. I started out a bit too fast, backed off in the middle and finished strong with 6 x 40 seconds strides.
I look forward to a week of running on the beautiful Scottish landscape ad terrain with my Lady. :)
