Two good days in a row. I am taking a cautious return to running. I became injured by being too aggressive. .My goal for the upcoming week is to to an 8-10 mile and a long run on the weekend which is three weeks out from the marathon. If I need days off and bike that is fine. My decision to run Edinburgh will depend on hoe the long run goes.

I am staying off hills as much as possible to avoid Achilles flair-up. The Edinburgh course is mostly flat so that works in my favor.
