The good weather continues. :o)
10 x 1 minute intervals with 1 minute rest. Half mile recovery and 1 mile hard.
I was much faster than last week with the intervals. The mile was faster as well... 3 seconds faster in 6:08.
Splits: (pace) The last 4 I had to mentally count to 1 minute as my watch battery was low and wasn't showing time.
