5 mile PMP. Planning on 7:25 pace, I was much faster at 7:19 without trying. I was surprised at how easy it felt. This was an easier effort than the 4 miles @ 7:23 I did on March 4th. I could have dropped down to 7:25 and do 2-3 more miles no problem.
Splits: 7:17, 7:14, 7:22, 7:20. 7:14. Ave: 7:19.
