Notes
I did this run with Dave, Sandy and Les. I felt good warming up and during the run. I ran well, but in the back of my mind, I held back a bit because I was a little concerned about the upper quad pain from Sunday. So, I feel I could have gotten a sub 21:30. My goal was a sub 22:00, so I am pleased with 21:41.
I am extra pleased that i held back a bit because even though the leg was fine on the Park Run, surprisingly, on the warmdown, it bothered me the entire warmdown.
Afterwards, the pain was less than I had after Sundays's run, so i may be able to run tomorrow.
