Right foot was sore. I taped it up with KT Tape and it did feel better. However when I went out to run, the PF pain was bad, so I stopped at the house a .7 mile and doubled up the tape. This made a huge diffefence. I was able to run almost pain free. Still, being cautious, I only did 3 miles. Besides both soleus were very sore.
