Road intervals. (I couldn't get on the track).10 minute at tempo around 6:25 pace. 5 minute rest. 4 x 3 minutes with 3 minute rest. I was planning on finishing with 4 x 1 minute, but left glut tightened up on third interval, so I played it safe. 6 x 40 second eccentric strides.
