2 mile handicap run with the club. This course was a bit easier than the one we did 3 weeks ago, but even still, knocking off 37 seconds is huge! And it even felt easier. The hamstring didn't bother me at all which is fantastic news!
I really picked it up the last half mile. Splits 3 weeks ago were 6:39 and 6:31. Today was 6:25 and 6:10.
I couldn't ask for a better workout. This was the first time in ages where I felt like I had some of my 2010 speed back. I also felt I could have picked it up sooner and gone 5-10 seconds faster. maybe next time. :o)
