I decided to run a very easy mile for a warmup to see if this would help with the odd groin area pain I have been getting in the early miles the past 4/5 runs. It helped as I had no problems as all.
However, the right leg inner thigh pain from yesterday was there most of the run. It feels like a slight strain. I was planning on 18 miles tomorrow. I will see how it goes and might have to bail out if it's an issue.
