When I started I thought... oh, oh, the pain was worse and I was at that point just hoping to get the 4 mile loop in. However after a half mile things got better and better. By two miles i was running normally.Mile three which is a gradual uphill i was able for the first time in a long time, run more with my forefoot, pushing off. That's when i decided to pick up the effort from easy to medium pace. I ran strong the rest of the way with no problems.
This was my best run in months!
