I felt very good on the hills and into the wind. I thought I would really pick it up on the downhills and run a fast 12 miles. However, legs felt tired and beat up on the downhills. I was running 15 seconds per mile slower than I normally do on the downhill sections. When I hit the flat by Kilnford, I was used up. I decided to stop at 10 miles and just jog it in.
