Notes
As close to a perfect run as you can get. Workout was 4 easy, then 9:30, 9:20, 9:10. I ended up organically progressing right from the first mile and so went I got to the workout part of the run it was a pretty seamless transition into running faster. I was about 5 seconds faster per mile than was prescribed, but it was a very natural progression. I am very confident that I could do a faster progression over the same distance. The legs feel great post-run, although I could feel a little in the last half mile. It was another beautiful morning for running and I know I don't have to many more of these left. If it had been in the 80's (like it will be this summer), then this workout becomes much harder. As it was, I found it challenging, but honestly not as hard as I though it would be when I saw it on the schedule.
