I'm attempting to become a morning runner again. Initial impression...not bad. I do all my long runs in the morning, but even then I don't get up at 5 AM. I think that this will be better in the long run for my family's schedule and may even aid with weight loss, as eating late at night as been a problem for me. Was pretty cool this morning, but also humid. I feel great right now and it's nice to know that I got my run in and can now go about my day. I think I can do this.
