Notes
Didn't feel incredible this morning, but I got the workout done. This workout told me a lot about how I might be able to run my 5K in 10 days as the intervals today were at my goal race pace. I don't think I will have too many issues running at this pace and hope to run negative splits an set an old fat guy PR. We'll see. I felt pretty comfortable. But 2 minutes at a time is different than 25 straight, so we'll see. VERY humid today. More so than normal, which of course, is saying a lot. Gonna hit the weights later on this morning. I also lost another half pound and am at the lightest I've been in over 20 years. 2.5 more pounds and I'll finally be under 200. :)
