Today was one of those days when I just felt "blah". Just kind of tired and lethargic. This is the most consistent I have been with training in months and I think maybe I am feeling it a little. I'm also still adjusting to running in the morning. I am not having issues getting up, but I need to work on the other end in the evening and make sure I get to bed earlier, so I still get my 8 hours. I am considering getting a sleep tracking app. The fact that Ryan Hall and other elites take naps and sleep 10 hours a night should tell me how important sleep is to recovery. It, along with my diet, is something that I really want to get dialed in the coming weeks and months.
