Nice enjoyable run after I woke up. Nothing to report other than it was the virgin run in my new New Balance 890 V4. I read tons of great reviews on them when they came out and for $48 bucks I treated myself to a pair with birthday money. Too early to tell if I like them, but they are definitely a more responsive shoe then I usually run in. The LOOK good though.
