#NationalRunningDay Intervals: 6 x 1:00 @ 5k pace w/ 1:00 recovery
For the second straight day, I felt fantastic. I was all over the place with my intervals, but I think it was because I felt so great. Seriously, I felt like Ryan Hall today. 2:05 Boston Marathon Ryan Hall, not bib-ripping off quitter LA Marathon Ryan Hall. If only every run could be this fun and easy. Great way to feel on #NationalRunningDay.
