Parked at Butterfield / Leask - too late for the group workout but I did kind of the same thing. 2 mile warm up then 2 x 3 mile at MP. First 3 mile MP segment was 8:10, 7:51, 7:47 against the wind and I had stomach issues and actually stopped to walk the first mile. After a potty break at WWS, the second 3 mile MP segment with the wind was great 7:33, 7:14, 7:20 with HR averaging just over 80%. Cold & windy and I forgot gloves and had hands in my shirt the whole time.
