wu, Lvl 6 10 segments, rest lvl 5 with 2 segs lvl 7 to average 5.5 for non wu/cd portion. HR still was up in high 160s at end, but probably avgd 157-159 range. Figured out reason HRM not saving is because it is full, so I deleted excercises afterwards. Felt R. achilles in morning and during step.
