Started as an easy run, then more of a progression with mile 6 7:00, mile 7-8 13:15, Mile 9 6:57. Starting around mile 6, kept going up by .1 each minute until HR reached 183 then was going to keep it at that pace until .5 mile left, but wussed after just a couple of minutes after getting to 9.4 with 2 miles left and went up and down a bit after that.
