Experimenting with double with easy AM run, speedwork PM. This was supposed to be a super-easy 'shakeout' run. Strangely, with these short runs I always seem to count the minutes until they are over. No watch, HRM, I went as slow as was comfortable but still was breathing hard after the slight uphill at the end.
