COMMENTS: First 3 minutes hip felt tight, then I put the incline at 1.0% and it felt better. Did 4 x 1 mile at about 1/2 pace for the first 3 at least: 6:48, 6:40, 6:38, 6:20. Last one felt like around 5k pace. Easy treadmill.
