Haukian run with group. When they did the usual drop to 8 min pace I struggled mightily in the humidity, and HR went through the roof, much higher than the half. They dropped me in mile 4 and 5 (the hill absolutely sucked) and again shortly after the break. and by the end I was done, probably some calorie deficit kicking in - weight 163ish at the club afterward after coffee and rest of water bottle. Main thing is that hamstrings felt okay before, during and after, but I still think I'm living on borrowed time.
