Did about 5 minutes of form drills some before and after (high knee, kick hams, bounding, karaoke).
W/ Laura I did hallways of walking side Squats, lunges with knee held up; falling against wall and pushing back up (weird), hip extentions, 2 x chest machine, touch alternating feet to floor starting from plank position with feet elevated onto bench; balancing on one leg on bosu, plank with hands on bench and alternating down to floor, touch alternating feet to floor starting from plank position with feet elevated onto bosu.
