COMMENTS: Same workout as last week, 3 loops w/ about 3 minutes there and back. Middle 8 at MP. Average HR was 167 for MP stuff, 7 beats lower than last week, but the complete lap in the middle was only 4 sec/mile slower at 7:05 pace. Focused on thinking about 26.2 miles at the pace I was running. Encouraging.
