Did 8+ laps of hidden lake with water breaks every two 2.15 loops. Started at 48 degrees and was mid 60s at end, pretty windy. Felt okay, kept it easy and slowed down last 3-4 miles to 8:30ish. I think I'm ready to get a solid week in after taking 3 days off last week for no good reason at all - motivation just seems to come and go.
