Hmm.. Typing this in Wednesday so don't remember too much: 2 x hallway of lunges (one with holding knee up for a second), 3 x Ab straight pull on machine, back extentions w/ weight; 12 reps of bench pressing a whole 95lbs :), sure there was more.
