Notes
Planned 5 x 1 mile at 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5. Felt dizzy and bad during warmup and was going to do 5 easy, but suddenly felt better and started first interval at 9. HR was fairly low and somewhere in the middle I decided to switch to 4 x 1.25 mie and see how that went. Worked the last interval, but all in all pretty tame which is fine for now.
