Was going to meet the group and went to bed early, but when the alarm went off I was so still tired and with no work hitting 'dismiss' was an easy call. Also, quads were sore with DOMS from Tuesday boot camp. Slept almost 3 more hours! Did an easy warm up lap of the 2+ mile loop, then 2 x loop at a harder pace which at 7:49 only wound up being about 20 seconds a mile faster. Whatever - will start to work on the anaerobic stuff in Jan.
